Charts

• Page Views by Section — horizontal bar chart showing which sections get the most traffic.
• Permit Status Distribution — pie chart of Done / In-Progress / Not Started / No Data.
• API Calls by Agency — vertical bar chart of external API usage by data source.

Tables

• User Activity — logins, total time, and last login per user.
• Recent Sessions — the 50 most recent sessions with user, login/logout times, and duration.

How this workspace is used

Counted from the audit log for the period selected above, so it answers what your people do, not only when they were signed in.

• Where the work happens — how many recorded actions fall in each section: permits, incidents, tasks, plants and the rest. Recycle Bin and backup work counts as Admin even when it names a permit or a plant, because that is where it was done. Signing in and out is counted in the total but belongs to no section.
• Activity over time — one point per day, so a quiet fortnight or a burst around an audit is visible at a glance.
• Switched on, never used — the sections this workspace can open and did not touch in the period. Either nobody needs them, or nobody knows they are there; both are worth knowing.

Totals only, deliberately. These figures never break down by person. Counting individual activity in an EHS product is employee monitoring, and people who believe their activity is being scored report fewer incidents and near misses — the exact behaviour the product exists to encourage, and what OSHA's anti-retaliation rule (29 CFR 1904.35) is aimed at. Per-user sessions remain in the User Activity table above, which is about access rather than about what somebody recorded.

The numbers are computed with database aggregates over your own records, not by the AI, so they are exact and they include everything in the period rather than a sample.
