Plant Scope

Use the Plant scope dropdown to choose which plants to include. The binder list and exports update automatically when you change scope.

Exports

• Download index PDF — a summary of permits and incidents in scope, attachment inventory, and inspection binder checklists.
• Download evidence ZIP — copies of permit and incident attachments with a manifest.json. Large exports may be truncated by size limits.

Inspection Binders

Create binders to organize what needs to be reviewed before an audit.

Adding a Binder

Click Add binder and enter a name, optional category, and optional plant scope (or leave as "All plants in scope").

Adding Checklist Items

Click Add checklist item, select a binder, and enter the item title. Optionally set a next review date, notes, and an external URL. Items are marked as required by default.

Each binder shows its checklist items with requirement status, title, and next review date.

A binder review row on the Compliance Score page or the Compliance Calendar links straight to the binder holding that checklist row, and flashes it when the page opens.

Deleting a Binder

Click the delete button on a binder to remove it and all its checklist items.
